YOGA is not a luxury, it is a BIRTHRIGHT

Yoga is not a luxury — it’s a practice for the mind, body, and heart that should be accessible to everyone. Growing up in a low-income community, I saw firsthand the weight of stress, hardship, and limited resources. I know how profoundly transformative the energy of yoga could have been — a tool for grounding, healing, and reclaiming peace in the midst of life’s challenges.

We believe yoga is not a luxury — it’s a birthright.

A way home to yourself. A pathway toward connection, compassion, and peace.

Our vision is to make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of circumstance or income.  Through community classes and outreach programs, we can bring movement, breath, and mindfulness into spaces that need it most — schools, shelters, community centers, and beyond.  Because when one of us finds peace, we all rise.

And when we gather in presence — no matter where, who, or how — we remember what we’ve always known:  we are one tide, moving together.
